Standing above a completely renovated Brussels house, the 2-storey extension was built entirely in CLT.
The structure of the extension consists of CLT walls and CLT floors. The first level is stabilized horizontally by the walls, but the second level had to be stabilized by a steel structure.
We also calculated in detail all the connections, which were then drafted and produced by Timberframing.
