Construction of a passive or low energy mixed use building complex composed out of housing, offices, microeconomics facilities, hall for leisure… Including the renewal of the outdoors, being part of a neighbourhood revitalization project.
WOW engineering worked in particular on the residential building located within the Madame Block. The upper floors are built entirely in CLT and rest on a concrete ground-floor structure. WOW engineering contributed to the design development of the building as well as to the detailed design of the structural connections.
